“If I could give them 100 stars I would. We are from Illinois and lost my mom in May, her wishes were to be buried in the mountains of Tennessee. We honored mom’s wishes and while down there searched places for headstones and this was one of the first places to pop up on google. And man am I glad it did. Rachel and Tyler are some of the most kind-hearted, thoughtful, caring, and helpful people I will ever meet in my life. My siblings and I loved them the moment we walked in and spoke with them. They quickly gained our trust and we knew they were the ones we wanted to work with regarding our mom’s headstone. They knew we only had a few days there and wanted to get as much of this planned in person before we left; they worked quickly to get us quotes and sketches/rough prints.
